MSA President and Technical Director Kyle Morsink has both played and worked across the soccer landscape at all levels. As a former D1, 4-year starting player, he understands what it takes to get recruited and successfully rise to the challenges of playing at the collegiate level. Relationships from his time playing in the college space, as a scout and agent for a professional agency that represents nearly 20 MLS and European players, as well as 15 years as a youth soccer coach give a unique combination of expertise to get players matched, placed, and prepared for the college level.​
