CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

MSA will cancel classes due to adverse weather conditions with short notice or while class is in progress if the safety of the children is in question. If we do cancel a class, we will notify you via email to the email address provided when registering no less than 1.5 hours prior to the start of the session.

MSA will hold the week following the last scheduled class as the inclement weather make-up date. Note that the final make-up date might be at a different location.

There will be ONE inclement weather make-up date per clinic. *In the event of inclement weather on a scheduled make-up class date, there will be no additional make-up dates scheduled.

Make-up sessions are not provided upon missing a session.

MSA reserves the right to cancel any program due to insufficient enrollment. Upon cancellation, a refund for the cost of the season
Cancellations by Participants:

More than 2 weeks in advance of the camp or clinic start date: a refund will be issued, subject to a $25 cancellation fee.

Less than 2 weeks in advance of the camp or clinic start date: a full credit of the full registration will be issued (good through the following year for any camp or clinic), subject to a $50 cancellation fee

Within 48 hours of the camp or clinic start date: no refund or credit will be issued.
NOTE: If a session is canceled for reasons beyond MSA’s control (i.e. weather issues, facility availability, etc.), no refunds will be issued for those closed sessions.
